Becasue of Surpip's cruel tease of suggestive lawnmower pics, I thought it would be a good idea to post some REAL pics of a REAL lawnmower. Everyone is welcome to join in--Even Surpip, if he can figure out how to post a pic.....

    Here is mine:
Tru-cut, 27" bed knife, 5hp Briggs Industrial/Commercial--ported intake and exhaust, decked block, seriously milled head, carburetion modifications, 4000 rpm governed speed, 11 tooth sprocket for reel drive. One bad machine. Better yet--I paid an someone's unpaid repair bill of 25 bucks for it!! Used it for 2 seasons before I built the motor for it.

This post is unfair and prejudiced against apartment dwellers.

That is a factory rating of 5hp--read the list of mods.
I would like some photographic proof of that 6.5hp anyways.....

At least I'm secure enough in my manhood to admit that I don't actually own a mower, instead of pretending. :haha:

    (fixed it for you)

I can hear your cult being formed now, "The Lawnmowers For Jesus Sect of the Holiest Yard Care Saints"

Your theme song will be Warren Zevon's "Send Lawnmowers, Guns and Money"

Cool!!!! I wanted a John Deere rider but they were a little too rich for my blood. I settled for rebadged MTD because it was $1500 less and came with a 4 year warranty. I'll see if I can get a pic up.

i was thinking about starting a lawnmower thread yesterday. i went over to my buddy's house, and found him mowing with this beauty. the thing has to be at least 50 years old. his dad rememberrs using it when he was a kid. still runs like a top too.

That is the coolest lawn mower so far of this thread. Really old, stylish and still runs after 50 some odd years.

Think something you buy today would last that long?

Except Surpip's Stealth Mower of course.
