    Here's mine..

Its 7' long total. Combustion chamber is 3 23" long pieces of 3.5" .069 tube section in half long way and welded back together. I had to fab up the reducer thingy by hand with a hammer. Barrel is 5.5' of 2" .049 tube beveled on the end for ease of spud loading. The end has a 2" threaded nipple welded in, with a 2" screw on cap. The ignitor is a flint lantern ignitor mounted in a hole on the side of the chamber. I've used starting fluid, hair spray and small shots of Propane for propellant. In order of effectiveness- Propane > Starting Fluid > Hair Spray. Propane is just cool too...It's the loudest, makes the largest flame at night and launches the spud furthest.

Hehhe, try this for some entertainment. Get some of those chemlight/glow stick things. Hollow out a chamber in the spud for the chemlight and launch the spud at night...It's pretty damn cool to see a glowing green spud sent into orbit. Or you can load up a spud like usual, then dump a handfull of sand/rocks down the barrel. Cut the top off a couple of those glow sticks and pour the juice down the barrel. Do it at night and the bigger rocks and stuff make a nice green splatter mark on the ground in the shape of a cone....lol. The smaller dust particles make a glowing green cloud that floats away...looks like some kinda radioactive fart cloud. :D

If you build one use an electric valve like you would find in a sprinkler system the are ninty degree and work really well hook a nine volt to the valve and a switch use the design if the Sadar listed on that web site. Use a metal valve from a car/truck rim to get air into the tube and make sure you use sch. 40 pvc its good to like 200psi.

    Ok here it is:

here are the parts i used, 4" threaded end cap, 4" threaded bushing end,4" cuppler 10" of 4" pipe(est. i eyeballed it)4"to 2" bushing, and 2"to 1 1/2" bushing, and 4' of 1 1/2" pipe for the barrel. Approx. price of pipe was 25 bucks.

these are kind blurry but you get the idea, i sharpened the end of the barrel with a dremel tool.

The ignighter was a Webber cost from Home Depot was $9.99 I drilled a 1/2" hole in the 4" pipe and sanded it out a little bit sot hat the ignighter was a real tight fit. On my old one i used the pipe glue to put it in, and now its brokenand its going to be a bitch to get out, so this time i went with Hi Temp black rtv, should be eaiser to replace:D

this puts the ignighter almost exactally in the center of the combustion chamber, and makes for no leaks at all.
