When I rebuilt my D60, a tube of additive was in the kit. Some really smelly, fish oil stuff, but that's what they recommended. I use 85/140 gear oil in both axle's, and the 205. /forums/images/graemlins/eek.gif

Try it without, it'll let you know if it wants it. When the hubs are locked and you turn it will pop like crazy as the clutches grab and release. I used to run only half a bottle of lube in mine to get it to stay locked up better. I was told that it wouldn't hurt it other than wearing the clutches out faster. I don't think the Powr-Loc has true clutches, but the part that provides the bias to keep the slip limited... well, you understand. /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif
