LOL! [IMG] I thought I might get some mixed up reviews for that name! (no offense Shawn) But it was the easiest name I could come up with! Also, Shawn is a great and cool guy!!! [IMG] So, why not honor him thru the truck? Maybe I should just change the name over to something like....."Ramona"?!?! [IMG] [IMG]

That sounds like a SWEET project name Wes! I'm just glad that truck went to someone who's going to make something of it and not parted out. It's your truck so you get to pick the name. Whatever name you pick is fine with me.

Glad youre happy to hear this! [IMG]

BTW, what is happening with the Potent Rodent?

Oh, while the truck is sitting around right now, I also thought of another funny name for it. Since Shawn already has the Potent Rodent, I thought that since this 82 K30 does not run, the appropriate name for it would be "IMpotent Rodent"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! [IMG] [IMG]

Yeah, I usually hang out on ORC but come over here every now and then. As for the 496, I had to get some wiring and distributer issues worked out with Holley. Their 4di instructions were inconsistant with the 950 PCM and were suppose to send me out a new manual which I haven't seen yet. I also had some header issues and after trying 3 brands of headers, Doug Thorleys were the best fit BUT the collector is only 2.5" and my mufflers are 3". Because of the different headers, I had to schedule my exhaust guy (comes to your house) but he was backed up for a month. It doesn't help matters that I had to repaint the door panels and do other misc stuff on the Typhoon. Then the there's the Grand Prix which I'm constantly messing with and the new bike that I just bought so unfortunately, the K5 has been on the back burner lately.

    Wes-
I think thats going to be new name of mine: IMpotent Rodent... [IMG]
