    .....but does anyone have a plasma cutter I can borrow for a few days next week?

    Itchin to get the narrow and flip front project done and said cutter would obviously get the job done much easier.

    Check the Tool forum there's a recent thread on plasma cutters in there. IIRC, the ones selling on Ebay called ParkerMP are based in AJ. A couple guys on here have bought them.

    I wouldn't even try a flip front on a non show truck . When you end up tubing the front , you have to get rid of it anyway .

    Have you ever used one? Consumables can get pretty pricey. Just a heads up.
