There are both GM and aftermarket 5.13's offered for the 14 bolt FF (that's the max). My truck is strickly a mud truck and I'm running 5.13's on 44's and they feel good - it'll cruise around 60mph no problem.

Re: Prolly been asked before but..What gears with 42\"s

Well I was running 4.56's with 38's. My 350 just doesnt have the punch up hills driving it. I have a big block going in and well it will have punch but I still want the torque. So I will be soon running 5.23's with possibly 42's and for sure 39.5
