    Wow,I never thought about that song,but your right,its almost like they wrote it AFTER this past week! :eek1: wonder if they wrote it in new orleans??..word for word,it describes their plight !.. :crazy:

    I don't know, but that song's been stuck in my head now and then since the warnings for Katrina came out and I read about the levee's, I just remembered to actually look up the full lyrics today (first day back at work after long holiday weekend, very busy [/sarcasm])...

    ZoSo has to be one of the best al'bums ever

    If you have a decent stero with bass, the levee song is amazing, just POOUNDING drums and that wailing harmonica

    Sorry to inform you guys Zep did not write "When The Levee Breaks" It was written by an older black woman blues singer. Lets see if any of you know her name.

    But Zep are great in their own right saw them open for Iron Butterfly in the dark ages
