Hey all, quick questions, getting some power steering line from aeroquip. They sell stuff specifically for it rated at 2250psi. They have other line (stuff i already ahve) that is rated at 1000psi. Do I really need the 2250? Or is the 1000psi braided line i already have good enough? Also what size fittings are in the steering box itself for the ps lines? Thanks all. Chris.

I think a lot of what matters is the heat range its rated for. I'd bet that Aeroquip stuff will handle just about any temp a vehicle could throw at it, but some hydraulic hose won't handle over about 180*, which is borderline on a vehicle IMO.
