I need some suggestions... I can't figure out how to remove the pitman arm on my buddies TJ. I can't find any locks or any reason at all why it should still be in there... I've already beat on the stock pitman arm for around 30 minutes and it won't even budge.

all you will do if you beat on it with a hammer is destroy the steering box. A puller is about 15 bucks at your local parts store. It is a special puller that the jaws are stationary on. Works well, give it a shot.

Yea.. We borrowed a puller from Auto Zone but it still didn't seem to want to work, but we finally got it off.
