What is the best way to put in new lug studs? I arleady got the rotor off and am putting on new rotors and wheel bearings. 89 k-5 4x4 with manual hubs and stock brakes.

The best way is to use a press, but if you dont have one you can just use a hammer.

man its so easy, set em in as far as they will go by hand, and use a long bolt as a punch, and beat em in with a hammer..you'll know when they bottom out cuz the bolt will bounce out of your hand..

If you have a impact gun, take an open lug nut with a flat surface(or washers) and pull the studs through. Just spray a little wd-40 on em first.
