    I have seen the 15x7 and 15x8 are there 15x9 6lug rallies?
I have seen some measure 9" but are stamped 15x8. I'm looking for a 9" rim to put some 12.5" wide tires on (I have 11.5" wide tires on 15x8's and the centers are running thin). I know you can run the 12.5 on an 8" rim. Do they have 15x9 rallies (6lug)?

I think all the rally rims are 15x8's. I'm not 100% clear on where they measure from but I know it's not overall outside width. My 16.5 x 6.75" steelies measure 8" outside width...

I've never heard of a 15x9, unless it's custom made. I'd just run the tires on 15x8's and call it good. You're probably running a bit too much air in them if you're wearing out the centers. I have 35,000 miles on my 35 x 12.5 General Grabber MT's mounted on the 16.5 x 6.75" steelies and they're not worn unevenly...

    The tires on my truck right now are 39.5 x 15 x 15 and they're on 15 x 8's /forums/images/graemlins/eek.gif Also not unevenly worn...just really worn out./forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

Rim width is measured inside where the beads seat. All of the '73 - '87 style 6 lug rallies that I have ever seen are 8 inches wide. You should have no problem running 12.50s on an 8 inch rim as long as you watch the air pressure/contact patch.
