When my truck is in Park and idling, it sounds good. But if I'm in Drive it seems like its barely staying on, in other words its sort of rough. what is the cause? should I bump idle up a tad.

That sounds like an odd problem. I know on my truck the idle doesnt change at all. I know on a gasser there is something that bumps the idle up when its put in gear but I dont think there is anything like that on the diesel (that I know of) /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif
