Is there a way to disable the read reciepts on PM's? I realize they have a purpose but I don't necessarily need one on every PM I send.

I hit cancel sometimes , and the PM still goes through without it . I agree though that I don't really care for the pop up message :k5: :k5:

Yeah, I've been cancelling them but (like you) I'd like to avoid the window entirely.

    Annoying isn't it?

As much as I'm beating a dead horse, I still feel the UBB pm's were much more user friendly. At least IMO (no offense Steve)

I used to think the old PM's were a pain to deal with, I'd love to have them back now...

OK, I found a hack that changes it to a check box. I could turn it off completly (just found out how) but it is nice to have at times so simply checking a box for those times you do need it looks like the way to go.

Is there a way to make read receipt automatic if one is requested? I don't like that you can ignore the read receipt if you feel like it.

I agree with harley and paul. I don't need a read reciept for all messages but what is the point if the reader can just hit cancel to override the reciept in the first place. I like the UBB option, it was a check box as necessary and unsolicited to the reader.

A "Request Read Receipt?" check box has been added and the option to cancel reciept has been removed. :xmas:
