Here's a pic of my coupler that goes in the adapter between a Rockwell T221 and a 4 speed. (The rusty coupler is one I got so I could know exact dimensions to have my existing coupler shortened) One source tells me it doesn't matter whether the cut in the end of the coupler is facing the tranny or transfer case. Any thoughts on which direction it should be facing?
