question for 80\'s blazers with mechanical clutches

Where exactly does the clutch return spring connect to? One end is connected to the clutch fork but what about the other end? Does it connect "somewhere" toward the front of the truck on the frame or toward the rear of the truck frame? I'd like to know where both ends connect to exactly. Thanks!!

Mine is connected to the clutch fork and then hooked thru a 1/4 hole already in the side of the frame in front of the front shock mount.

same for mine. There are a few holes it should fit in and it doesn't really seem to matter which one you use. Probably would depend on your adjustment. When I had mine adjusted really far out on the adjuster(I actually made a longer adjuster) it was raelly stretched in one hole and looked fine in another.
