I just got my Cheyene Pickup Parts order, new vent seals are here. And I tore the old ones out, they were a 2 piece design. The new ones are a one piece design. They seem to be a updated unit that dosen't require the sealing caulk. The big question is the vertical piece, the old one had hooks to secure itself to the bar(between the windows). The new one piece dosen't, do I glue it? Cut it? Or what? Thanks guys, oh by the way I need to leave in the morning for a week in the Blazer. Help!

Displacement, cubes, and did you say you drive a riceburner???

geee I replaced mine, but the new ones were the same as the old ones.... Im not sure if you would need to do anything to the vertical piece. If it didnt come with clips, I'd throw it in and see if it really needs anything. Your gonna be suprised at how much quieter/warmer your truck is with new strips...mine was like night and day!

I'll tell you in June or so, when after two years of annoying squeeling, I'll have fixed mine.
