Quick 12Bolt Question

    I have a 78 Blazer, but in the rear 12B on the pumkin is a cast ID that says GM84. can i assume that this is date of the casting?

    Ive got one out of a 75 in my 81 .Im not sure but I dont think thats the date .Ill go look at break.

    No it is not the date, as in 1984, but in may lead to the vintage/model, which may lead to the years.
