Just installed a new TBI-to-intake manifold gasket, and I need the torque for the TBI mount bolts. I can't find it in Haynes. Thanks!

Torque specs?, um, I go with 3 "bapps" with my Snap on 3/8 gun, about 2 "bapps" with a Matco or I/R, 4 with a Blue point, and empty the tank with a craftsman impact.

Well, my calibrated arm is in the shop, and my air comp. and airtools still only exist in my mind, so what I really need is the number I should set my torque wrech for!

I honestly don't know what th specs are. I would check the book for some other bolt that is close the the size and length, and use that (T.B.I. bolts are a 10mm about 3 in long 13mm head, if my memmorys serves) It will not make or brake you, just tighten them down. I'd say to about 10 to 15 ft/lbs if I were to guess.
