    hey there all,
i was just wonderin, my driver's side vent/wing window broke and is wedged in right now. could i simply pop/drill out the rivet where it pivots up top and unbolt and lift out the window. then all i would need sould be a window with the lower pivot piont intact. after dropping and bolting the new lower part in, couldn't i somply use a small nut and bolt to replace the rivet where the upper part rotates?
hmmmmmmmmm, just wondering, i want to fix this thing soon!
    peace.

I just replaced the vent window assembly when mine broke. It wasn't that hard, just a little annoying. More like an IQ test [IMG]
Its probably less work to replace the assembly.
