I should be firing up the 502 tonight, but i have a ques. about radiator hose. The only hose i could find that i could make fit is the flex ribbed type hose. My concern is these not allowing enough water flow. I tried 15 diffrent size applications that looked close, but nothing without kinking. Any suggestions? thanx.

You probably allready tried a hose that would be for your year model truck with a big block right ? I don't know about a 502 but I have had to use a flex hose in the past on some of my other rides and they allways worked fine. Some of my friends have homemade (hybrid) trucks with big blocks and alot them have to use a flex hose and they work fine too. The kinking you are talking about, is it because of the angle or because the hose is too long ? If it's too long you may be able to trim a little at a time off of the ends until it fits OK.
