    When I used to weightlift:

I boil 2 to 3 packages of noodles with seasoning; drain the water; add about 1/2 stick of butter; stir; and then pork-out.

I crack a couple of eggs into mine, while its boiling. Don't look very appetizing, but at least it gets some protein! I also deain the water before putting in the seasoning.

I've tried all the aftermarket... but eat them stock, and then drink the left over water, it's what God intended!

My 4 and 6 year old would eat them 3 meals a day if I would let them. They are seriously addicted. I am just glad they ARE 20 for $1.00.
I drain as well. Beef only for us, no extras.:D
