James, TJ and myself ran the Independance trail system today, what a blast, this trail has gotten tougher from last year when I ran it, all I can say is that I have one less pair of shorts. /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif
Thanks for everyone that came out it was a good time for all.

That looks like fun... I think that's the first trail I've ever seen with a handrail. /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

I sure wish that I could have seen some of the CO trails when I was out there over the summer. /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

Yes Tim, that is my brother. He actually drove out and towed his S-10. We ran Holy Cross Sat. and Jeff's trans. developed a serious problem and he was done for the weekend. We ran Carnage in Buenea Vista Sun. So he decided to hang out and be our spotter and parts runner for the rest of the weekend.

nice pics.......what's up with that railing in the first few pics? Is that some type of hiking trail as well? or is it there to "discourage" /forums/images/graemlins/thinking.gif wheeling on the higher group of rocks /forums/images/graemlins/thinking.gif

Yeah, I wanted to try a different line that I thought might work but didn't, the picture doesn't do it justice at all, the tilt o meter was pegged at 45 degrees + so not sure how off-camber we were maybe 50, but the question of, can a K5 go to 45 degrees and not roll, the anwser is yes, yes it can.

Those handrails are starting to show up on some of the hard trails, they are there to keep people on the trail and to keep people from starting by-passes.

I've been called many things before but never a fashion model... /forums/images/graemlins/deal.gif I wish I snapped a pic of the tilt-o-meter when it was pegged but I was too busy figuring out how much of your seat cover could fit in my arse... /forums/images/graemlins/deal.gif /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif

Fullsizes always flex in the frame and body, I'm just waiting for the wide pig to fall apart like the old Police car when it pulled up to the Cook County building in the movie "The Blues Brothers". /forums/images/graemlins/eek.gif
