Too many threads around here have themes, and I seem to end up hijacking all of them.

Talk about whatever you want here.

MTChevy, your banana obsession is getting a little creepy.

Broc, I'd really like to go wheeling with you when my stuff is back together. You should really make the trip to Gilbert or have a small trail ride wherever you go (wink wink nudge nudge)

Ryan, What happened man? One minute you were about to send the cover off and the next you were talking about money and an unexpected trip...fill me in.

Canmore, You're a goofy bastard for living in Canada with that tatoo...I think you oughta replace the rebel flag with a maple leaf :D

    That is all.

Basically I'm out of cash. Wife's truck payment is killing me. She's pregnant and cutting back on her hours (blood pressure too high). Been eating pb&j and raman noodles for past month.

Had to go take care of some family stuff back home in Maryland. Everything is cool now.

I think that no amount of cramming is gonna help at this point.

I also think a 22R with 49's isn't a good choice. But I'm not the one with $2k in tires and $50 in motor.

I would go with the parts just laying around bit, but if somebody has 49's just laying around, then they should have a better engine choice laying around...

Okay, here's a little random for you...

So I was doing a search on diy bedliners and came across a post that was bitching about going to Autozone. Well, like a moth drawn to the light, I couldn’t turn away. I had to read all 52 posts of the whole thread. I used to work at the local NAPA during the summers when I was in college and all of us there busted our butts and took pride in being able to find the correct part quickly. Reading that thread made me realize how upset I get when I walk into a parts store and go through the gamut of “what vehicle, what engine, two wheel drive or four, power steering, etc” only to look around the screen to see that the guy looked everything up for a C or K 3500. It just makes me what to scream “HEY A$$HAT, DID YOU HEAR ME SAY “C” OR “K”? THAT’S RIGHT, I DIDN’T. I SAID “V” 3500 PICKUP!!!!!!”

Anyway, I’ve got a local Autozone that is very close to my house. I remember the first time I walked in and there was a cute girl behind the counter. And by cute, I really mean smokin’ fine. Well, you guessed it. She’s hotter than the sun, just not as bright if you’re picking up what I’m putting down. As it turns out, she doesn’t have any idea what the difference between a C, K, G, P, R or V, or any other letter type vehicle is. She just looks up what I tell her and I get my part quickly. I guess it helps too that I look it up before I leave the house. [/rant]
