I know how you feel! Got me a set of built 1 tons, slap them in, drive it some and then the motor is giving me all kinds of hell. Ive been through 4 or 5 trannies. Most was cause of bad rebuild and was replaced each time(didnt help i had stock gears on 38s at the time) and now my new tranny is leaking in the exact spot all my past trannies have...

My np205 wont disengage from 4wd...

My oil pan is squirting oil out the new rear main seal...

Is that all?? Melted spedo cable That aint worth no rant...! Sounds like pretty much minor maint to me. Just get out the cutters and snip it off.
What ar you going to do when you crawl under to listen to a deep engine knock and find a cracked frame, Busted shock, and bent drive line?

I know the feeling well. I bought a new speedo cable for mine. Let the Blazer warm up and 15 minutes later it was melted to the exhaust. Never even drove it...............

Stuff like that only happens to me when I'm on a deadline. Otherwise, nothing seems to go wrong.

you mean at one point you knew how fast you were going. If I can no longer see the Cali license plate in my review because they are too close and now honking and flipping me off, I know I'm doin the speed limit...
