It seems like this tranny might be better than the Jet and I wanted to hear from those of you with them how they hold up and are they as good as the web page makes them out to be. If so i will probably be joining you!!

It's a macho sounding name, but you can't hide the fact that it still is a 700!! KAKA!!

this tranny will be going in Jedi Mind Trick eventually... I tell ya what, this may be a 700r4, but the shops use this to replace th350's and th400's... guarentee's towing in OD etc...

I don't think I'd be saying yuk about it until you know more about it... LOL [IMG]

I haven't heard anything all that great about Jet. Haven't heard any bad reviews or probs either, just a lot of "ehhh it good or ok" I personally trust TCI. These guys are THE GUYS for any tranny related item. After problems w/ B&M I won't use anything from them.

But my cousin threw me the line about the Raptor before he moved out of LA. He said that badd@ss Burb is for real and he personally loves his tranny from them. I think I threw the link out to Jeff (solowookie) and a few people had seen them before and since it has been the rage. My next 700 will be a Raptor no doubt although my buddy built me one that should last a long long time. I personally like the Raptor cause it doesn have the typical BS parts in it like a vette servo that if you search for in the past posts is just not a good mod.

To sum it up, I would go w/ them in a heart beat if you tow or have some huge meats... 36's and up. The TCI unit is probably just as good and costs a bit less.
