    he mentioned several months ago about the bike he bought. well, I've always wanted one and since gas was getting higher, my wife agreed to let me get one. :D [​IMG]
    it's an 87 Yamaha Virago 1100. I haven't rode a motorcycle since I was 8 yrs old, so that's been almost 24 yrs. I figured if he could ride one and have never rode, then I should be able to.

    nice one. How many miles on it? Looks like been in the garage for most of it's life.

    it did have 27,845 miles, I have no clue how the other 100+ got on it :whistle: :whistle: :whistle: . it has been stored for several months but it needed a good cleaning before I brought it home. a lot of the gold trim around the gauges and lights is wearing off, but I figured it was a nice starter bike for the money, I found several with smaller engines for the same price.

    Jacob, don't worry. I have fear and respect for that thing. one fo the reasons is because of the one I had as a kid. it threw me and I had terrible rock rash on my chest.
