    my 84 is rusted in the usual places no more so that the rear cab support on both sides. how do you fix this.

    When I did my bodylift I simply made 2 square pieces of metal and drilled a hole for the bodymount bolt to pass through. Both sides had the metal square that lays on the rubber mount rusted so bad it crumbled upp in my hand when I removed them. If what your talking about is in the bed itself you can probably get away with the same teqnic, but cutting the rusted bed portion out and welding new metal inn is your best option.
