rear floor pan replacement

    anybody replace the rear floor pan, give me some ideas on how hard it is or tricks to do the job.

    it depends on how bad it is.. some people cut and weld in new sheets of floor pan. if the crossmember/support is rusted, someone had schematics on how to build a support. Either way, it's quite a job..The best trick i learned from the local welding shop is that fiberglass resin isn't just for boats. it's strong, doesn't rust and is flexible when putting the stuff on. Just watch out for the fumes, they will send ya for a loop..
