I'm building a tubular body for my k5 and am considering putting the radiator behind the seats. My concerns are the power of the stock water pump and the cooling capacity of strictly electric fans. Any advice based on similar experience would be great. Thanks in advance, -Beck.

Lots of race trucks run a similar setup with no problems - I don't see why it wouldn't work for you, I'd consider an increased capacity water pump though
