Will the rear seat from a 1982 Blazer fit a 1970 Blazer? We're trying to sell some parts.. and this was a question that came up. Just need to know if the rear seat will "bolt right up". Thanks.

It's better to have it than to not need it, then to need it and not have it. !!!

I dont think it will. I know the rear seat out of an 86 wont fit in a 75 with out some mods.. The rear seats in in the early 70's were not foldable and the newer ones were. The latches are different. I could be wrong but im pretty sure off it.

I dont think so, The floor is different and I believe the 82 model has the fold forward seat.

Definately not. I have 3 seats for mine. Only seat that will bolt up is stock, Otherwise you will be drilling holes and it lets exhaust in. No wonder I always smell like a muffler.

P.S. Anyone know where I can get the brackets for the front of the rear seat on a first gen. I need the ones that connect the front of the seat to the floor.
