my 91 has the over-the-shoulder seatbelts in the rear, and i hate them. i wound up just not bolting the boxes to the top, and just left them on the floor. where can i find simple lap belts tht will have the same buckle for the rear?

-the junkyard, assuming the 91's have the same seatbelt holes on the floor and the same latch (my 88's rear seatbelt has the male end connected to the floor and the female end connected to the belt) as the earlier models do. I think LMC might carry them also but don't know for sure.

I believe LMCTruck.com does carry them, you can also check ChevyDuty.com . I think they started the over the shoulder in the back in '89 or '90 so you want to get earlier than that. '88 is you safest bet.. /forums/images/graemlins/k5.gif

I'll buy your '91 ones if you find replacements for them...I've got a set of the old-old style '73, but I don't think you want these as they bolt to the floor, and wouldn't fold up with your folding seat. (The folding seat ones bolt to seat it self, except for the two outer most belts which are side mounted to the wheel well, if memory serves...)

actually the folding seat buckles are stiff and bolted to the floor near the wheelwell, not to the wheelwell itself.
