How hard is it to install 1.5" rear wheel spacers on each side? Is it just a bolt on thing? Will 1.5" make the rear tires even with the fronts? Thanks

Yes, they are bolt up to the rotor or drum, the bolt the wheel to them. Yes, for stock application 1.5" will line them u pwith the front.

Can you order Rock Crawlers with an offset so you don't need spacers? Or will this do something funny to the front? Anybody got ideas on this? I'm about to order Rock Crawlers for my 74 blazer. Advice would be appreciated. Photographs would be better.

If you want spacers for all 4 wheels then, yes, a different offset wheel (if available) will fix the problem. But if you want to make the rear even with the front, you would end up with two different offset wheels and then you wouldn't be able to rotate the tires without remounting and you might need two different spares.
