    Hey all!
the window in the rear is going VERY slowly, expecially when cold. I got in there and looked around, the gears look well used but not THAT bad... or is it that little black electric motor thing i see that is going bad?

any thoughts??? anyone else fixed this??? thanks!

change your cable now. or, wait a couple of months, and then change your motor and your cable.
betcha that's it. plus, the cold weather is slowing everything down, so it's very apparent.
    good luck.

Between the motor and the regulator, you'll find a short cable that is similar to a speedo-cable. The grease in the cable dries up and makes it very hard to spin the cable. The colder the weather, the slower the window runs.
