I just traded my '85 tired 305, slipin 700r for a '88 350, 4 speed, all crank windows. The question I have is the rear window doesn't go down all the way it has about 3" sticking up. I removed the panel to see if something was in a bind, it all looked OK. When the window is cranked down as far as it will go the rollers that slide in the channel on the bottom of the glass are all the way to the end. Is this common for crank a window or is there a way to fix?

    Thanks
    Chas.

if it stick out a bit then you need to basicaly remove the mechanism for the roller and rebuild it. it has fallen out at one time and put back in wrong. it will go all the way down. mine did this. basicly before you do anything make sure the full track is being used... I.E. in the up position, is it all the way up?

1974 Chevy Blazer Cheyanne. lots of plans for it....
but it is on 33's now, with saggy old springs. i am in so cali if ya got any parts for me.
