OK does anybody have rebuilt instructions for rebuilding a TBI? I just got my rebuild kit, but there isn't any kind of instruction set, and I'm wondering what the various torque specs are?

is there a way I can clean the injectors, or just spray them down as best I can with TBI cleaner (picked up up from NAPA).

I have the torque specs at home...won't be able to ge them for you until tomorrow, if that's Ok.

I am in the middle of rebuilding my TB unit as well.

Make sure to check the play in the throttle valve shaft.....there are no bushings stock, and it's know to wear and create vacuum leaks. They make bushing kits to fix any extra play/wear.

thanks I will have to check that; the TBI is together & bolted up to my engine, but the engine isn't in yet so I could pull it & put it back on pretty easy.

I rebuilt mine about a year ago. If I remember correctly there were no torque specs in the instructions.
