Does anyone know the average cost of rebuilding a 305? And if I do rebuild it what should I use to rebuild it with If Im gonna do it Ill spend the extra money to do it with Or would it be cheaper to rebuild a 350 and then drop it in?

The best way to rebuild a 305 is to shuffle the numbers around and drop in a 350. Find a good 350 block and go for the gusto...there's no replacement for displacement.
