Ok, the o2 sensor has been replaced, the tbi rebuilt, new plugs, cap, and roter. Still running like crap. Any ideas? I looked at the spray pattern on the tbi after the rebuild and I still think the one injector is screwed.

I'd either replace that injector or get it professionally cleaned. The spray pattern should be a fine conical mist, anything different from that means the injector is dirty or malfunctioning.

    Definately check codes.

Also make sure, then double check there are no vacuum leaks. /forums/images/icons/smile.gif

I found my vacuum line screw in piece... the piece behind the TBI was leaking... gave me a lean condition... I used my regulator to compensate... Lost a bit of power and lost some MPG.

    Good luck.
