Are these good prices? Marshall Engine Rebuilders
i think if you are going to speend 900+ on a rebuilt motor spend another 300 and get a brand new one from GM.
the GM's are rebuilt....
i called this shop and he said he would swap my 350 for a vortec 350 for $1050 w/ 4yer 40k warrenty
No, incorrect, the $1200 are new. You can get them mail order or from your local Chevy dealer. 3 yr/50,000 mi warenty. http://www.sdpc2000.com/cart.asp?action=prod_detail&catid=128&pid=110
Just put one in last year. Brand new GM 4 bolt 350 was around 1400. I didn't get the jegs or gm sale price of 1200, but they are brand new 260 hp 350's.
i put in the 350 crate in my truck also, 4 bolt main, 260 hp, but it only has a 3 yr -36,000 mile warranty, i paid just under 1400.00 for it.not all G.M. dealers have them though the one's close to me only had the 383's 502's . i had to drive about 2 hrs to get mine.the only thing i did'nt like was any thing that spilled on the engine took the paint off the valve covers. /forums/images/graemlins/k5.gifto /forums/images/graemlins/truck.gif
