Trying to stay ahead of the game and buy BEFORE I need a recovery strap. I was looking a 2 different types. One was a "KEEPER" and the other was a "BOSS EQUIPPED". Does anybody know a difference, which is better or cheaper. How heavy rated should I get??? Thanks!!

I have a Keeper and it has given me several years of trouble free use. Not sure of the other brand. The key to keeping a strap in good shape is to keep it clean and dry and keep it out of the sun when not in use. A strap left dirty will have the dirt slowly cut through the fibers and weaken it over time. In the same regards the UV rays will also weaken the strap.

I have a Keeper rated at 40,000lbs. It's pretty good, have no trouble with it.
