We got unfinished bidnez. Camp/Meet Friday night at Ricardo Campground, big campfire, talk all night. Saturday go see some Miners old digs, run washes, trail & rock. Saturday night camp wherever we stop, big campfire, talk all night. Sunday morning big heavy breakfast, drive home fat and happy.
    March 2-4.
Depending on who attends, we will respect "Guys only" or "Adults" or "Family". :D

OK, since TDS is March 2-4, maybe we should make it early April?

sounds good to me. I just went by there on my way home from Mammoth tonight. And was thinking of how fun it looks out there.

I plan on hitting the road plenty this year, focussing on Upper Desert to start with, and spreading out later.
With a central dot on the map, maybe it will be easier for more "members and friends" to show.
Looking at calendars, full moon weekends for 2007 are generally Mar. 3, Apr. 2, June 1 & 30, July 30, Oct. 26 & Nov. 24. Doing some night crawling.:D

If everything on your specs is in working order, and if you can get there and back, shouldn't be a problemo.

Yeah it's all on the truck in working order (you think 4.10's are deep enough?) but the tranny is a wee bit slippery ;)

I'd fix the trans before regear. 700R4+NP208 makes for super low 1st, and with 4th OD, that makes for a super wide range. I have TH350/NP208/3.90/35s, blast down the 5 at 80, crawls over anywhere I can fit (Burb).:haha:

Yep...I'm going to pull it and have it rebuilt...local shops are saying $1500+ if I bring it in but $950+ if I pull it and bring it in...then take it back to have the TV cable adjusted.
But I'm going to find a 2nd gen 700r4 and have them rebuild that so that I'm not down longer and so that it has some of the upgrades done...

I recommend against "local". Check Bowtie Overdrive, or Raptor.

    Yeah...I've looked at those...if I don't go local I'd probably go with www.maddogtransmissions.com
He seems to be pretty cool and back up what he sells...fairly reasonable price wise as well...

So since TDS got moved to a smaller place with not as good wheelin terrain do we need to start a poll post to see which site would be prefered and also who all is going is it just the San Diego cats? I have not seen or heard much from the Santa Barbara guys. They were in this thread earlier. SSPED, CAMOK5, ROADNOTCA, DLEROY, MTNMAN210. Hey NOAHROB you gonna have that Gen3 in and ready to go in time? Post up guys only 1 month away:D"quote" sandawg
