    I have 2 but only need one, is a front and top post battery About a year old, with a few weeks of use, 70.00 obo

    Arizona buyers only please, I don't think it is legal to ship battery's /forums/images/graemlins/eek.gif

    I'v never heard my stuff being called tasty,LOL

    with an optima being a dry cell, you are I believe free and clear to ship it.
    besides if you couldn't ship a battery how'd they get here from korea anyways? (not saying optimas are but most batteries do)

    as per the 29 CFR you cant ship it unless you have ALL KINDS of documents. and it couldnt leave the ground, so thats extra freight, and it has to be in a class 3(i belive) packing container, so thats 45 dollars right there. and it has to be double packed, thats another chunk of change.

    since it is a corrosive it falls under all kinds of regulations. and they are "dry" batteries... ok, gel batteries is a better term. they are wet, just not wet wet.

    I bought 2 blue top batteries for my boat off ebay from a store in CA. Sent UPS ground with no extra doc's. Not sure if they did it illegally or not.
