I am going to remove my drivers side door on my 90 K5 ( Jimmy) and want to know where the wiring connectors would be to unhook...are the connections made in the door or behind the pillar?

    Thanks
Soon to have a 90 Fullsize Jimmy for sale with 90K .

Disconnect the wiring behind the kick panel. You then have to snap open the door side of the two connectors and remove the individual wires from the connector. You will need a small pick to unclip them from the connector without damaging them. The wires will then pull out without any trouble.
