Removing tranny and transfer case

    I'm planning on removing my 4spd tranny out of my 79 blazer to repalce the throw out bearing,I was planning on removing the transfer case and tranny all at once together,does anyone know about how much this combo weighs?

    I don't know what Tranny and Tcase you have, and I'm too lazy to try and figure out what might have come stock in your Blazer. More info will help.

    FYI, my TH350 and np203 combo weighs about 400+ lbs. with all the fluid.

    This is taken from the shipping weights post(I assume you have the full-time 203):
    NP203 Range box w/ output shaft: 87#
    NP203 Range box w/adapter and output shaft for a 465 in a crate: 131#
    NP205 for TH400 without adapter: 135#
    NP205 for SM465 w/adapter and shifter on pallet: 170#
    NP208 without adapter: 78# in a well packed box
    465-208 stock cast adapter: 26# includes strong cardboard box
    465/205 complete including shifter's on a pallet: 402#
