I have a set of Warn premiums that I am trying to trade. My question is The gear in the middle (that moves in and out with the spring under it) won't stay in. The little snap ring thingy (technical name) won't hold the gear down. Not the snap ring that goes on the axle. I hope somebody knows what I am talking about /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif. Does anybody know if you can buy individual parts to rebuild? I really only need that one part. Thanks /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

i know exactly what you are talking about, but i dont know where to get stuff like that. call Warn i guess. if you do find out, let me know, b/c i broke the heads off of 4 of the screws that hold the selector part on. each one has only 4 screws holding them in. i can't seem to find screws that will work.

That sucks, If you find anyone send them to me and I will warranty them out. Try and contact warn and see what they recommend. How soon do you need them?

Chris I think I got it taken care of. Thanks though. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

The part that is broken on mine is the actual hub body. where the retainig ring sits in the groove is wore down so it doesn't retain anymore and that allows the middle gear and spring to come out.
