Anyone know where to get new GM style weatherpack connectors (besides dealer). I am going to make my own harness and would like to use them.

They are in Jegs in the wiring and accessories section of the catalog. It's on page 89 of the current book. The ones they show are made by MSD,called deutsch connectors.

Go to your local NAPA dealer. Make sure he knows to pull out the book if the connectors are not out on a "parts tree" I've been doing this for the last 5 years. these things work great for any wiring work on a vehicle.

Try www.tunercat.com.....go to there links pages and look for GM-DFYI....that sight is very informative and has links to web sights who sell all the Delphi weatherpack and Metri-Pak connectors and terminals. I have a decent selection in the garage with more in my toolbox at the shop....do all of the wiring repair and diagnostics....also www.delphiauto.com has a PDF format catalog with all the goodies by series...ie:150....etc.

The plastic part can be reused. Go to a junk yard and bring a pair of wire cutters and clip them out of the cars. I got the metal contacts and a tool to take connectors apart from Pep Boys. GM Weather Pack connectors are $$$ if bought new!
