    so today, as work commences on the 79, i will be making baby backs and spare ribs on the grill..... hell maybe bratwurst too... might be too much food, but oh well, gonna hit the liquor store in a few for a bottle of cap

    see my post from last week lol, i did them for the first time last weekend, i bought a 3 burner brinkmann and if i turn both the farthest right burners on low and keep the ribs to the right side, they cook pretty well..

    ribs turned out ok, considerin we were quite intoxicated and ran out of propane.... DOH (do NOT drink and drive...)

    x2...only bad pronghorn I've had was a really old buck I bagged...after it sat in the freezer for over 2 years.
