This weekend I changed the valve cover gaskets on my 86 k5.While I was in there I noticed that one of the rocker arms was kinda loose compared to the other ones.I didn't tighten 'cause I didn't want to screw things up.Is the looseness normal or should I go back in and tighten it?Before I took off the cover there wasn't any noise and now that it is clean it taps pretty loud.Oil level is fine.Thanks.

If it was just a bit loose, its probably normal, as the rockers, when the cam lobe is not on lift on that particular one, do appear loose from side to side. You need to determine if it is loose up and down, in relation to the valve stem. If so, then tighten it up a bit. If it wasn't making noise before, its probably fine the way it is.
