Roof mounting

    What is the best way to mount my antenna on my roof. I was thinking of going up through the hole were the dome light, thats what my dad did with his but he can't remember how he did it and he sold the old one long ago.

    mine gos thru the metal about 4or5" in frount of my light the guy that had it be for me used a 3" hole saw for the first layer of sheet metal and like a 3/4" for the outer layer and it works nice does not liek and it has held up nice even after all the [censored] I beat it with.
