Does anyone know of a shop around Oklahoma that can rotate my knuckles on my D60(that has done it before)? I would prefer a small shop opposed to someone like Sam's Offroad or... I don't even want to mention the other place(4WP). Also does anyone know what this should cost?

good luck, that is a fairly big job

anyone with an air arc can cut the weld out and knock the knuckles back
    just level the housing,
    take some angle measurements,
determine where you want to be,
and sledge the knuckle to new spot.
the fun is in the cast spring perch.
the studs will now be pointed forward.
so you have to come up with how you feel comfortable fixing that.
if you want to use the chev factory spring cap you have a bit of machining to do to relocate the studs.
a combination of machining the perch and welding or bolting a wedge is fairly common.
do all your work on the cast perch then measure to set the easy weld-on DS perch to match.
