I was just wondering if any of you guys know the part number for the front brake rotors on a 1974 D44 3/4 ton. Axles should be the same from 1960-76 I believe. Don't know if the rotors changed then. I know that the hubs did so I am assuming that the rotors changed as well.
    Thanks,
    Andrew /forums/images/graemlins/usaflag.gif

    AutoZone P/N 5523 /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

That is the number I looked for up for '77 rotors but they should be the same as '74. You can always go to Autozone's site to check. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

I actually have Napa discount, so I was looking for more generic numbers.
Did you check on the pre-'77, or did you just check for '77 again? I know 1977 is when the hub changed, and I actually have the earlier model axle. Are the rotors still going to be the same? /forums/images/graemlins/thinking.gif

If you have a 14bff with rear disc they are the same as the 3/4 ton front rotors. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

Just need to be positive on the part # so that I can call in my discount over there.

Also, does anyone have a preference on pads?
